update_sequence_status

osa.scripts.sequencer.update_sequence_status(seq_list)

Update the percentage of files produced of each type (calibration, DL1, DATACHECK, MUON and DL2) for every run considering the total number of subruns.

Parameters:

seq_list

List of sequences of a given night corresponding to each run.
